Ever since the local Chabad Jewish Community Center was founded in 2007, it has played a central role in strengthening Jewish life in the Folsom/El Dorado Hills region. The time has come to ensure broad based financial support for the long term. To this end, Chabad Jewish Community Center is launching the Legacy Challenge.

What is the Legacy Challenge?

Mark and Denise Chisick, Dale and Janet Debber, and David Philipp have agreed to generously provide a special $10,000 combined gift to our annual fund, on the condition that Chabad Jewish Community Center receives ten signed legacy commitments by the High Holidays of 2019.

What is a legacy commitment?

A legacy commitment is a signed letter of intent for a future estate gift. Estate gifts include, but are not limited to, a percentage or fixed amount from a:

  • Will
  • Living Trust
  • Retirement Plan Assets
  • Life Insurance Policy
  • Charitable Remainder Trust

Past generosity has been essential in establishing our center as a beacon of Jewish life in Folsom, El Dorado Hills and the surrounding area. Your legacy gift will be a catalyst for growth and enable the expansion of our programs. Your generous gift will create a powerful impact for generations to come.

Join in securing a bright future for local Jewish children and families by participating in the Chabad Jewish Community Center Legacy Challenge!

To ensure a strong and vibrant Jewish future, complete and sign the letter of intent
