Chabad Jewish Community Center of Folsom is committed to ensuring every child has a rich and meaningful Bar/Bat Mitzvah experience. Our team of experienced Rabbis and Rebbetzins are here to guide your child and your family every step of the way.
Rabbi Yossi Grossbaum
With over 20 years of experience, Rabbi Yossi Grossbaum trains boys ages 11 - 13 for their Bar Mitzvah. Beginning with the trop, Rabbi Yossi guides them through the process until they are capable of reading the Torah independently and the Haftorah.
Rabbi Yossi Spiero
Rabbi Yossi Spiero runs the Bar Mitzvah Club for boys ages 12-13. Together, the boys discuss and explore relevant topics to inspire and educate each Bar Mitzvah boy, enriching the Bar Mitzvah experience. Rabbi Spiero also helps boys with their Hebrew reading and Torah reading.
Rebbetzin Goldie Grossbaum
With over 20 years of experience, Rebbetzin Goldie Grossbaum prepares the girls for their Bat Mitzvah. Goldie works with each girl to develop a speech and Hebrew reading presentation on a matriarch that resonates with the Bat Mitzvah girl.
Rebbetzin Yudit Spiero
Rebbetzin Yudit Spiero runs the Bat Mitzvah Club, covering relevant Jewish topics to inspire and educate each Bat Mitzvah girl, enriching the Bat Mitzvah experience.
